Maurice Berry
Pastor Maurice Berry was born in Detroit MI, and is the oldest of 5 children. He comes from a line of Baptist preachers. His conversion didn’t come until the age of 19, when he was invited to a "Christ is the Answer" Evangelistic meeting at City Temple SDA church in Detroit. That was the year of 1979, when he received a call directly from The Lord and left his job at General Motors to became a full time Literature Evangelist/ Colporteur with licence and credentials under The Lake REgion Conference of SDA. In 1983, he decided to enter the Ministry and enrolled in Oakwood College, and later on he went to Andrews University. Later on, the Lord directed him to be the Associate Publishing Director for the South Atlantic Conference of SDA, where he rendered his services for several years. As his time in that field of labor was coming to a close, the Lord was opening the door for him to enter the self supporting work with his own ministry, while serving as a Lay Pastor in Virginia, USA.For the last 10 years, The Lord has blessed his Ministry tremendously, calling him to the field of Evangelism. He has conducted Seminars, Evangelistic Crusades, youth meetings, etc in more that 32 countries in 5 continents on the globe. His greatest desire is to save souls for the Kingdom of God, and see young people ready and equipped to work as missionaries in any part of the world field.
