Patrice Wright

DR. PATRICE WRIGHT believes that she must be ready to serve wherever God calls. She has lived her belief. Presently, she serves as academic dean of the Ouachita Hills College located in Amity, Arkansas. She obtained her Masters Degree & PhD from Andrews University. She depends on God to guide the college so that it will reflect true education. Dr. Wright considers it a golden opportunity to seek souls to be won for God’s kingdom and so she has taught bible classes for children and adults. Ellen White quote, “Higher than the Highest Human thought can reach is God’s ideal for His children” guides her life. In that regard, she has committed to use her educational accomplishments to the glory of God. This quote serves as her inspiration, “True education is missionary training. Every son and daughter of God is called to be a missionary; we are called to the service of God and our fellow men; and to fit us for this service should be the object of our education” (MH 395.1). She believes true wisdom comes from God.
