Hello. I have listened for about 6-8 months now to this prayer line. I found, just simply by seeking the word deeper in my walk. Much I don’t understand yet, much my soul thirst for. I am not an SDA; however, I am Christian, who serves my Savior, Jesus. When I hear the replay line or occasionally the live line, my confidence and faith are strengthened. My life, my family and hope, belief are in a turbulent storm now. My children are struggling in their studies/motivation/confidence/behavior and in their grades. I have an older son, who is wayward and has found himself out of my protection and in custody of law enforcement. His fate is not looking promising due to violations. He just turned 19 (11/11). I heard Sis. Esmie Branner speak (YouTube Sermon) of her son’s testimony of their lives turned triumphant. I wept, thinking…”but how can my own son…?” I heard Elder Derrick Hall mention of his eldest son, minacious transformation too. I don’t know these individuals personally but admire them and bless them for their transparency to give God and ultimate Glory.
I ask with my heart to please pray for my wayward son, that an angles heart will connect with his heart to reveal a truth of Real Love that won’t fade or leave him. Pray for my other 2 children 12th grade, 8th grade that these school years will bring out an unshakeable academic success and their faith and confidence and strength rest on Jesus and they will know they can solely lean when they call out to him. And for me…that the Lord’s promises are truly Yes and Amen. That these concerns and others unmentioned are perfected according to Jesus plan and will. One thing I know for a fact, there is a God above who looks below. His arms stretch wide and his reach is deep…to find the least of us, who are lowly in spirit and deep in mud, to bring us to a Glorious light. I know it’s lengthy, I apologize. Thank you in advance. God bless CPSDA Church, and pastors, families, communities, and affiliates. Thank you, God bless you all.
